As a Marketing Officer at Tornado, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and monitoring engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
