Job Description:
As a Senior UX Designer at Starfall, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create and implement design solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Your expertise in user-centered design, research, and prototyping will be essential in delivering high-quality, user-friendly products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project requirements.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
