Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our dynamic team at NewRevival. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Development: Lead the planning and development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain strong relationships and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones. Monitor project expenditures and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet high standards of performance and reliability.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering renewable energy projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
